Returns
We hope you adore and enjoy your new Narnie and me purchase as much as we enjoyed creating it for you. It is very important to us at Narnie and me that you are happy with your order, products and service you have received with us.
However, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 10 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit. We offer exchanges on full priced items only.
We reserve the right to refuse or accept the return of any product if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it - unwashed or used, with tags on. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase with the return. Please note that returns will need to be sent back at your own expense.
You should always send your parcel with a trackable shipping service or be purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange or credit note, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.
Exchanges
We cannot always guarantee all items will be in stock. If the replacement cannot be provided we can offer a store credit minus the initial postage and shipping costs. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.Â
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. Contact narnieandme.com.au immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are only able to offer a refund if a garment is faulty. If this does occur please send an image of the fault along with your order number.  You must notify Narnie and me of your fault within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept no liability for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.Â
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchange or credits on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
